EFFE platform (Evropa festivalima \u2013 festivali Evropi \/ Europe for Festivals \u2013 Festivals for Europe) inicirana je 2013\/2014. godine i podr\u017eana od Evropske asocijacije festivala (EFA – European Festival Association), a festivalima u Srbiji predstavljena 1. novembra 2014. godine, kada je kona\u010dno bilo omogu\u0107eno da i festivali u zemljama koje nisu \u010dlanice Evropske Unije mogu da apliciraju za markicu\/etiketu (Label) i postanu deo evropske festivalske porodice.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
NOMUS je me\u0111u prvima aplicirao u prvom roku, 13. novembra 2014. (rok je naknadno produ\u017een za mesec dana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na osnovu procene koje su izvr\u0161ile nacionalne komisije (Hubs) i dale predloge, internacionalni \u017eiri je zasedao gotovo 4 meseca i razmatrao da li predlo\u017eeni festivali ispunjavaju tri osnova uslova: umetni\u010dku opredeljenost, vezu sa lokalnom zajednicom i negovanje evropskih vrednosti, kao i da li svojim programskim sadr\u017eajima i vizuelnim identitetom zadovoljavaju visoke profesionalne kriterijume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Za EFFE Label (markicu\/etiketu kvaliteta) konkurisalo je 896 festivala (od koji je 71% muzi\u010dkih) iz 32 zemlje! Internacionalni \u017eiri je doneo odluku da period 2015-2016. godinu EFFE markica bude dodeljena 761 festivalu iz 31 evropske zemlje.
